Beautiful Beachfront Home in Chelem

This is a beautiful beachfront home on the way into Chelem.  This home has been getting repaired and renewed everywhere.  It was a nice beachfront house before but now it has been completely renewed and repainted.  The owners have put their love for this property and their decorating skills to work in this home.

They made a new staircase to get you down to the beach.  They had all of the rocks and stones picked up off of the beach and placed in escolleras.  This has helped the beach to grow in front of their house.  They have a beautiful deep beach now, all sand and no rocks.

They rebuilt the eastern wall of the property and repainted it.  They put a new aluminum entrance gate on the property.  They rebuilt the storage building out there near the entrance to the property.  They have been reworking the landscaping on the side of the house away from the beach.  They rebuilt the master bathroom and it now has a free standing tub and a shower.  They had carpenters put new wooden cabinets in the bathrooms and new wooden closets in the bedrooms.  They have redone the tinacos and water system for the house.  They have changed up the room at the top of the house and they have added a doorway so that you can go outside at the top of the house to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico safely.  They have renewed the swimming pool lighting system as well as the water pumps.  They added a cedar pergola to give shade to the area around the pool.  They also renewed and rebuilt the cooking area out there near the pool in the shade.  They also put new sliding glass doors and windows on the beachfront side of the house.  They rebuilt the bathroom on the street side of the house near where you park your car.  There is nothing left undone on this property, everywhere you look it looks new and beautiful.
