It has A/C, ceiling fans, Solar panels and UV water purification system.   A cozy little treasure with comfortable leather furniture and a 55 inch TV.  New Queen sized bed of USA/Canadian standards with 100% cotton sheets.  Second bedroom has a full sized bed with a desk if you need to work or send emails.  Wardrobe closets in each room, kitchen table and 4 chairs, all kitchen appliances needed including an ice maker, coffee pot & K cup machine, Tea pot, and even China mugs for your tea, Mixer/blender, toaster oven/convection oven, Four burner gas stove, Fridge/freezer, all dishes and modern cutlery, High Speed Internet, large over size shower so you don’t feel crowded, Outdoor BBQ, washing machine, clothes line-get the most from the beach breeze.  Outdoor patio set and patio chairs for outdoor relaxation, even a beach view patio.  Quiet cul de sac location with no houses between you and the Malecon.

Monthly price does NOT include your CFE bill, but with Solar it’s minimal.  It does not include internet, but is available.  It’s high speed.

Weekly English speaking cleaning lady available for a small fee.  We also offer airport pick up and drop offs and Merida runs if you need.  This service is offered by our property manager who speaks fluent English and Spanish.  These services are offered and prices provided before signing a lease.  No hidden surprises for you.  Just prearrange the time.  This is a service not a taxi.  But you will learn a lot about your surroundings since he has lived here for decades.  She’s truly a hidden treasure.  Please note this is a NON smoking and No Pets rental.
